out here in washington state, on the coast - a stones throw from canada - lays anacortes, a scenic down near deception pass. the people here are nice, but there are always going to be family feuds, rivalries, and not to mention the teenagers and their dumb ideas on a summer night. and when school is out, the children will play, and stereotypes can either go down in flames, or hit a backdraft and light everyone in their path on fire.
