hello, my name is KITTY. i am EIGHTEEN years young and i consider myself a(n) INTERMEDIATE roleplayer. i found this site through DUNNO. so, here's an example of my average post:
There is a house that sat empty for the last fifteen years. People walk by it, drive by it, and ignore it. It continues to live, avoiding time and graffiti waiting for the moment where it will be inhabited by the next generation.
Across the country, Katherine Rhodes attended her mother’s funeral. Tears fell from her face as she gripped onto her grandfathers hand. Her hand laid where her heart hid and slid to the ground. Things were just going back to normal, it could not true.
She was finally on the ground clinging onto her own blouse. White, like everyone else. It was a request, it was tradition. Katherine hit the coffin. It was just her and her grandfather, the only people left in the family and the only ones to attend the actual burial, friends awaited them at their home.
The brunette continued to cry until the graying man came behind her. He put a hand on her shoulder and told her it was time to go. The girl stayed where she was until the coffin laid in the ground and dirt began to be piled on top.
Katherine took some tissues and endured the silent ride home.
Back at her house people entered leaving white and red roses at the door before entering. Food decorated the tables as people paid their respects to a shrine in the living room. Katherine sat on a white couch, her head laid in her hands while people made their way around.
It was hours before everyone finally left. Her grandfather began cleaning up. She was read the will and tomorrow she was headed out to the old house waiting for her across the country in Rosewood Valley. She gave the man a hug before she climbed the stairs and crawled into bed. She’d care about her clothes and things tomorrow, now she needed rest.
The girl fell into a quick slumber.
In the morning both girls were on their way. Grace was a quick drive while Katherine enjoyed a glamourous flight. No matter the choice of travel, Grace and Katherine showed up at the same time.
So there is this house. A lonely old house. Gray and untouched by time. Now being filled by its true and rightful owners.
Grace ended up being the daughter of Kat's mother's friend. The house was as well hers. The girl stuck out her hand and smiled, "I'm Kat." Grace just looked at her and rolled her eyes before walking away. Kat frowned her brows before using her hand to rub her neck. That was just way too awkward.
